Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Bodywork & Myofascial Release

  • Carefully tailored treatments to help with muscular tightness, soft tissue aches & pains and injuries

  • Excellent quality natural bees wax with arnica is used or a raw organic coconut oil
  • Advice on strengthening exercises and stretches to address postural issues and aid injury recovery

£30 - 30 minutes*

£50 - 50 minutes (£55 for home calls)

£55 - 60 minutes - Initial appointment for all new clients

(A ten minute consultation, including postural assessment will be required for all first time clients)


*Treatment room only, minimum booking time for home calls is 60 minutes to include setting up

Children under 12


Children under the age of 12 years old will receive a 20% concession for a one hour treatment. Less than an hour is not recommended as time will be needed to explain what is going to happen and ensure the child is happy and comfortable by not rushing.

Nutritional Guidance and Weight Management

What's included?

  • Three one to one educational sessions on healthy eating, far more personally tailored than a group weight loss class
  • Daytime and evening sessions to work around you (or we can now have 1:1 sessions via Skype)
  • Easy to understand breakdown of nutrition for day to day living
  • Learn about portion sizes and what you really need to eat for a balanced diet
  • Combat boredom and comfort eating together
  • Tips on improving your health and lifestyle in general
  • Handouts of each topic to take away with you for future reference
  • Access to inspirational healthy recipes and snack ideas
  • Personalized exercise routine that can be done at home, in the garden or at a local outdoor space to compliment your healthy eating plan
  • Most importantly - encouragement and motivational support when you need it most!
  • In addition to the above sessions there will be 3 half follow up sessions after week 6, 9 and 12 to check you're still on track, weight and measurements taken to reflect your success. This can be done on the phone, by email or by Skype.
